Latin Dance Cardio with Erica is a fun, high-energy, all levels class that combines the fundamentals of jazz, hip-hop, and popular Latin (i.e., Salsa, Cha-Cha, Samba, Rumba, etc.) dances along with traditional elements of strength-conditioning training. No experience & no partner is needed. This class is a great way to improve your rhythm & style, as well as learn new moves to be able to conquer any dance floor that you encounter.
