Dance Rising Tampa Bay is a film series funded by the Hillsborough County Board of County Commissioners, On Your Toes and Dance Tampa Bay in collaboration with Mad Bear Productions and Heidi Marks, and compositions by Nick Ewing and Sean Bucheck.
Choreographers/dancers were asked to record themselves in urban locations around the bay area.
