SUBMIT YOUR WORK
Dance Rising Tampa Bay welcomes video work from dancers, choreographers, collaborators, educators, and community members. Submit one work per form. We accept high-resolution download links from Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, WeTransfer, or another reputable file-sharing service.
Before you begin
- Prepare one high-resolution video file or folder for this submission.
- Set the sharing permission so anyone with the link can view and download it.
- Keep the link active until Dance Tampa Bay completes its review.
- Have complete performer, filmmaker, music, and location credits available.
- If anyone shown is under 18, have the required parent or guardian permissions available.
Do not place passwords or sensitive personal information inside the shared folder. If the download requires a password, enter it only in the designated form field.
What happens next?
Dance Tampa Bay staff will check your submission and contact you if the footage, permissions, or credits need clarification.
Submitting does not guarantee selection or publication.

Submission and privacy notice
By submitting, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have authority to share the footage for review. Final release language covering publication, editing, promotion, participant permissions, music rights, and minors must be approved by Dance Tampa Bay’s legal counsel or insurer before this form is launched.
